We want you to be happy with your artwork. If you change your mind or if something isn’t quite right, this policy explains your rights and how to return an item.
Your Right to Cancel

For most items purchased online, UK customers have the right to cancel and return an order within 14 days of receiving it, for a full refund.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have another 14 days to return the item.
Condition of Returns

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and packaged securely.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the damage.

We will offer a replacement (if possible) or a full refund, including return postage costs.
Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Please note that original shipping costs are refundable only where the entire order is returned within the 14-day cancellation period.
